Hyperliquid Assistance Fund buys HYPE on-market with protocol fees. This page derives the deflation rate from DefiLlama fee history × the AF's empirical capture ratio (lifetime $ deployed ÷ lifetime fees), so it isn't subject to the 2k-fill truncation of the user-fills endpoint.
